I have shopped Wilshire Wigs for almost ten years since my chemo and my hair came back thin. I have had good luck all this time. If I did not like the wig, I sent it back and got full refund. Wigs that I have gotten have been of good quality. I have tried a couple of other places but was never pleased with them. I always came back to Wilshire.

8/2/2022 I have been buying wigs from Wilshire Wigs for about 25 years. I have never have had a problem. When I order wigs, I received them promptly. When I have returned any wig, I have gotten my refund fast! I love buying from Wilshire Wigs and will continue to in this he future!!!! Judy J.

I have been purchasing wigs from Wilshire for over 8 years and have always been very happy with their wigs and other products. Their prices are very good and they have so many sales through the year, it's very easy to get a cheaper price than other suppliers online. They are also very generous with the return policy, I have never had a problem returning wigs. This is the only wig store I will buy from and have shared Wilshire with several friends. I have visited their store several times while visiting CA.

I've never given a negative review in my life... until now. How in the world has this company been in business "since 1967"? If you order for the first time (and, in my case, the last time) you're not able to create an account until after you check out. Consequently, your order won't show up in your purchase history. You receive no acknowledgement of your order. You receive no shipping advisement; no tracking number. You email them (5 times) with no response at all. You call them (I've lost count of how many times) only to get a recording advising you to leave a voicemail. Why? Are they collecting them? They certainly aren't doing anything else with them. They are the "black hole" of companies. Only when I asked PayPal to step in and refund my card, did the wig actually show up... still, with no communication whatsoever. One and done!
