The owner is just rude and disgusting. Horrible customer service, wants to charge for everything, probably even a paperclip. Go to any other store for good service and polite people. UPS should shutter this one, it's an embarrassment.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I went aWednesday to send a legal important document. I sent it by ground cause I needed it to arrive in a 7 days period. But the guy at the store messed the labels and 2 days later I got the document at my house. So the document was already 2 days delayed. When arriving to the store I asked the huy for help and he told me the store wasnt going to pay 50 bucks ( sending it express) for their mistake. So that he was only going to send it again. Today is friday. Next batch is going to be sent on Monday. So my legal important document is now 5 days delay. My legal status depend on this document and when mistaking labels UPS is not able ti help me cause their mistake will cost them more than the initial price??????

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS UPS STORE! I thought I was the only one treated poorly here but upon reading all these horrible reviews its clear this "Jack" guy is a miserable human being. The service was so bad I HAD to leave a review. Will definitely be contacting corporate. Jack is nothing short of horrible.
