Don't delete my review or I'll write it again and again, people need to know the truth about this facility. This is not a nursing home, but a hellish home. I didn't let my mom stay there even 24 hours. dirty, no one pays attention to old and sick people, no one even cares about week patients after a hard surgery. no one ever shows up after hours of pressing the call button. How does such an facility work in our country, I'm surprised if there are any checks there?

I am so grateful for the care and kindness afforded to my family member during her stay at Berkley. It’s a bustling environment with an extremely skilled and friendly staff. The thing that impressed me most was the people. Everyone, from the administrator to the CNAs to the facilities crew and in between, everyone had a positive attitude. I would recommend Berkley Post-Acute to close friends and family.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying here last year. I had surgery on my neck & was supposed to be there at least 4 months. I was homeless & living in my car at the time. It was so bad, I left after about 3 or 4 weeks, back to my car. Without reliving the experience again, I will say that 100% of everything was horrific, from the director, social services, Gloria (she was the worst) & the staff. I am now in Rinaldi Convelesant Hospital. It is the polar opposite of Berkley. I knew Berkley was awful but, now, I can describe it in 1 word...ABUSIVE. See my review of Rinaldi Convelesant Hospital. The staff is amazing. The Nursing staff addresses all your needs. They go above and beyond in their daily duties to fulfill the comfort and safety of their patients. Rehab is amazing. They reach out to improve every area of movement to improve daily functions and safety
