I have been going to Inland Pain for years. They are always very helpful and friendly. They look for ways to help relieve your pain. If one doesn’t work, they will try another. I came to them once, after lifting a heavy basket, after having five back surgeries. The pain was incredible, truly intolerable. They gave me an injection in the exact location the pain was coming from. I walked out pain free and very happy. They know what they are doing at this facility. Another good point to mention, they have enough employees so you don’t have to wait for months to get into see someone.

I was switched to inland pain care after my doctor of many years had to leave unexpectedly. I was not happy because I had been seeing my Dr for so long and had a great relationship with him and his team. Fortunately from my first visit with inland pain care they have been wonderful. The team is easy to work with and compassionate. I have seen a few of their providers and they have all been great. They listen to my concerns and we come up with care plans together. I highly recommend this wonderful team of Dr's.

Erin, Samantha and the front office staff at the Colton office are absolutely awesome. The phone staff sometimes aren't the best at listening to you before hanging up on you. All of the Drs who I've been seen by for a procedure have been great, the staff that has you do the consent form is always professional and kind especially at my last visit in the Colton office, Diana and the other ma last name Hodges was super special, I was in a great deal of pain and just so over the day, but everyone was kind, the tech my friend always has r n b to help relax me fo my back injections, Dr Hess, don't want to misspell his name, but he's always great and explains everything as he's going along to keep me informed, Erin and Samantha are absolutely the best, everything I needed to get done they're so helpful and understanding and get things done. I appreciate that you can count on your Dr and nurse to help you, pain is horrible when you are the person who going through it. This team of medical professionals who truly care about you and your pain management, and want to help you get the best care you can possibly get due to the circumstances. The Beaumont office is where I first saw Erin and Samantha and at first I didn't think that I would have a good experience but I was wrong, Erin totally understand me and my problems and I have many. She never made me feel like I was taking to long , or rushed. It was a good experience . I would recommend them to everyone.

Set aside your anxiety when you walk into this calm office. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and my wait in the waiting room is always relatively short. The busy bees (ladies) in the back quickly prep you for the visit. Hands down. My doctor is the best. Thank you for all that you do Starla Heinz
