This review received a 2 star because the home health services rendered to my mother by the home health nurses was for the most part excellent, with the exception of 3 nurses. 1 who I caught sleeping in a lawn chair next to my mom, and another who is obviously doing it for the money this lady has no heart, and doesn't care for the patient or the family. The services rendered by the RN was horrible as she literally cut service for 1.5 days then blamed me for not administering the medicines when it was obvious that my mom was barely swallowing, barely drank any water or liquids, or ate. She then came the next day and told my aunt that she wasn't in a dying state, however however 34 hours later my mom passed away. She should have her nursing license revoked and be disbarred from nursing. The doctor who was tending to my mom also took her side and gave me an attitude saying that "The nurses aren't here to be changing diapers". I also learned that they where planning on cutting service off the following Monday in that regard I'm at peace that she went when she did because I was able to complete her last and final wish which was to leave this world in her home. To all the home health nurses who tended to my mom I thank you for your service and compassion during my mom's last month on this planet you deserve high praises and credit for the work and dedication I sincerely thank you on behalf of my mom and myself. May God bless you all.

Don’t allow the word Catholic influence your decision on choosing this company. Choose another hospice company or home health just not this one! They have the worst service. My father needed assistance they denied his physical therapy because “it prolonged his life” . They were very insistent on morphine when he didn’t have pain. Just rude nurses that spoke about very negative and sensitive matters in front of the patient that would bring his morality down. Not aware that it’s a delicate topic and should speak to another family member in private . Overall super unprofessional. The nurse in charge came once a week only took his blood pressure , would sit down on the dining table for 25 minutes talking garbage and writing notes down and gave no attention to the patient . It wasn’t until we put a complaint for more care and assistance that they actually helped. Don’t use this company . You want to be stress free and comfortable when your family member is at this stage of their life, not mad, stressed, or worried that proper care isn’t given to him or her. I wouldn’t even give them a star rating but that’s the minimum to post .

My grandpa Stanley was in the care of 24/7 hospice nurses while at St. John’s Nursing Center and I wanted to take a moment to thank them for the exceptional and compassionate care they provided during his final days. Our family visited him every day during his last week and each day, nurse Dana Ross, LPN, was helpful, supportive and kind. She made what would otherwise been a difficult time much more bearable and really helped us understand the process as we went through it. The day he passed, she called us that morning noticing some changes in his circulation and breathing and urged us to come as soon as possible. He passed that afternoon and we fully credit Dana for the chance we were all afforded to see/speak to him while he was awake, and to be there by his side when he left us. We also saw what a fierce advocate she was for him in those last days when it came to ensuring he had the meds he needed, in the right doses, at the right time to ensure he was comfortable and felt no pain. We cannot thank her enough and it is our hope that she will be recognized for going above and beyond in this selfless role to ease his transition. Thank you, Dana and Catholic Hospice.

My mother is in this service, since Thursday I have no medicine, I have called more than 10 times, they say they will send me and nothing, talk to everyone and no one is responsible, they say they have few people originally the service It was 3 times a week but then weeks that he only comes once or twice, the doctor in 3 months only once came to see my mother, really to offer the service they promise a thousand things that then never fulfill, I do not know where to report this bad service.
