The entry to the USA with an ESTA visa is at the discretion of the Immigration and Airline official, I am aware that they have canceled the ESTA here and give you a stay permit for 3 or 6 months. A requirement to enter here is the vaccine. The BiBP / Sinopharm is among those approved to enter the USA.

They sent me a package through this agency to Havana Cuba more than a month ago where I can go to Havana to know about the shipment

The agency is not responsible for the irregularities of the airline, response from Merceses Costa, General Manager of Havana air. For ahota the fault is paid by the CLIENT and I still do not have a satisfactory answer that compensates my expenses.
