I give it three stars because the attention was really good and the staff tried to be as fast as possible with the client, now what I do not totally agree with is that here my husband and I had our new Cuban passports made around 4 months and they are not here yet, I understand that perhaps it is not their fault and that it is migration but they should not sell false information since they told us that it would be between a month and a half and two months and which has not been true.
