In this agency there are scammers. I sent a package with medicines and other things on 12/16/2020 and they told me that it reached my family in 25 days, and I have been calling for 9 months sending messages through wapsat and it is for pleasure that I was first in Dominican after that if the customs of Cuba was closed in short, they are disrespectful and scammers.

We were scammed like you but with a trip .The complaint is made for fraud in hiallaleah .has the same, the only thing that can proceed in this case is the prosecution by scammers I do not think the court will help you with something there are many people harmed their duty it was current a long time ago.

My family sent me 4 packages since February 8, 2021 and it has been 10 months and nothing
I have been since October 2020 and according to them when they picked up the phone they told me every day that they were in a different country and where they have to go they have not arrived, total scam.
I don't want to know anything more about that agency just that they just delivered my packages in Cuba that I sent since March
