I've been a customer of this establishment since it was first built in '97. However, in recent years the customer service has been aberrant and utterly embarrassing. They judge me by my appearance since I have dark skin and long rasta hair. First thing I approach to submit my backpack (since you're not allowed to enter the establishment with a backpack) front desk customer service lady literally called the security on me in my face, since she wasn't aware by the fact that I am Cuban, speak Spanish and I know the body language of my own people. She treated me as If I was a shoplifter and I complained to the manager about her disrespectful behavior which by the way it's grounds for immediate termination. If this cases continue to happen, I will have a long and serious conversation with corporate.
