Andre and Alfred was my first point of contact I was greeted by Alfred first then Andre and was asked what services was I there for today and I replied an oil change they were professional and if there was any other services needed and I said no just an oil change and told them this was my first time there that I’ve been to Jiffy Lube before but in another state. So they offered me and my daughter a seat as another guy proceeded to work only vehicle they were very thorough and had gone over everything that was being checked and what was being done and had given me options with the oil filters. These guys and The Hispanic guy who worked on my vehicle,( I didn’t get his name) but they are a great team, friendly and professional. I must say I was scepticle in going to Jiffy Lube because of the bad experience I had in another state but I know better than to pass judgement and put blame on people who had nothing to do with that experience, I will be returning for future services there not to mention it close to home and not far out of my to get there . Thanks guys for making a difference I’ll be back and have already referred some of my friends to stop by 🤗👍🏽

It was absolutely a positive experience. I was greeted in a friendly manner and given all information up front. All done safely and everyone was kind and thorough. All the employees were in a good mood and that definitely was nice to see, everyone seems to enjoy being there even on a Sunday. If I still live in area, I will definitely be returning. I drive a 2017 Jetta and most places never have the oil I need and it was available here. Thank you to Donald and Angelo.
