I have membership from 2018 onwards. Last one and half year, i kept my account in hold because of covid. They charged 39$ in december 2021 and i went and asked about this, they said that they will charge for annual membership and i am fine with that too. Again, they charged 29$ in January 2022 and I went there and asked about this too, they told me that my account is unfreezed and that's why they charged this amount. Last time, when i went there they told me that my account is freezed till june 2022 and i am not sure why they charged again. I am not at all satisfied with their answer and i told them to cancel my membership permenantly. I will not refer this fitness center to any of my friends in the future.

All of the trainers and staff are fantastic. I've worked with Chris for about 6 months and he really tailors each workout to my needs. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area who wants to get fit or continue working towards their fitness goals.

Would give 0 if possible. One of the managers was extremely incompetent and rude. To give some context, this gym makes you pay first and last month's dues so that you cannot just leave immediately. In my situation, he canceled my membership 2.5 weeks in. He was incompetent enough o think I would pay $40 for this gym for 2.5 weeks but on top of that, he was given a note told to cancel my membership month after he actually did. When this issue was brought up, he refused to admit any fault and wanted me to pay all the fees all over again to reinstate my membership. At the end of the day, it's highway robbery and it makes sense that this manager works at the cheapest gym in the area. Conclusion: They cancelled my membership before the agreed upon time and then tried to blame me for that. Once again, they are unprofessional in how they handle customer service. Just take a look at other negative reviews and the replies left by the "owner".

Just go to the gym, talk to a staff member, and cancel. There are no commitments there, AFAIK.
Masks are required while in the gym. However, according to the state mandate their is an exception to where If you’re engaging in physical activity and you feel it’s unsafe to restrict your breathing. If you’re on cardio and feel unsafe as in you may pass out. The gym has also had 80k workouts and no cases traced to the club. It’s clean and safe.

There are 2 changing rooms, actually. I've never had to wait for one.
