Among the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Have been a customer there for at least 10 years and ignored the slight acts of not-so-great customer service, but today reached a new low. I ordered an open-face bagel and cheese heated sandwich. I noticed when the owner brought it out it was in a bag, meaning he had not made an open-face sandwich as I requested. When I opened the bag and foil around the bagel, I noticed it was a bit messy inside (which is why ordered it open-face style - to prevent that). So, I asked the young girl at the register for a box, and she in turn went to back of the store and asked the owner for it. I then heard him scream (literally) “the cheese isn’t even melted. I’m not giving him a box). Not sure why he was so angry. Not sure why he didn’t present my sandwich to me as I requested. But I am sure that will be the visit for this long-time customer. Bad customer service for absolutely no discernible reason.

Wife got yelled at on her second visit! Never going back. If you don't want people helping themselves to water cups why do you have them within arms reach of the customers? It's not rocket science. Would you rather implement a solution or have an excuse to yell at your customers? First visit had noticeably unhappy staff. No focus on customer satisfaction whatsoever.

Wish I could give 0 stars. What kind of bagel shop charges extra to toast a bagel? Add terrible customer service on top of that. If I had to rate the bagels themselves.. 2/10. Dude at the cashier (assuming the owner) - work on your attitude. Will never go back to this place.

Everyone is required to wear a mask upon entrance. All staff wear masks as well. And of course, you have to advise by the social distancing perimeters. Everytime I've gone, there is only 2-3 customers in line. So it's safe.
