BATHROOM WARNING: Ladies, if you must use these restrooms bring your own TP or tissues. Staff here leave the entire giant TP roll just sitting on top of the TP holders in all of the stalls. This requires EVERY individual to handle the ENTIRE roll to tear some off, so how many clean hands do you think have touched what you’re about to wipe your lady bits with? Not to mention the purpose of the TP holder is to keep the roll protected from the airborne droplets caused by every flush. This is a HIGHLY unsanitary situation. Drive 2 blocks further to the Wegmans or something for safer restrooms.

I just stopped at this Royal Farms to get a quick breakfast and use the bathroom - the bathrooms have no toilet paper and are so dirty and disgusting! I did not buy any food or drinks because the food service area is as dirty as the bathrooms! The board of health should be called! So gross! This was the Royal Farms at - 11119 McCormick Rd, Hunt Valley, MD 21031 Yuck!

I decided to stop at the Royal Farms on McCormick Rd in Hunt Valley, MD for gas. We pulled up to pump 3 and put my credit card in and the screen froze up. Concerned that my card info was saved on the pump, I went inside and asked for the manager, who was busy and told an employee he was not going out. The employee spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tim who was also busy, but! He turned and greeted me with a big smile and told me to come on let's check the pump out. Tim was so friendly and helpful, the screen would not unfreeze, but we went back in and spoke with a man making sandwiches who assured me the pump would not save my credit card number and I should be fine to fill up at another pump. Tim assured me it was going to be fine and told me to check my account on line in the morning. I continued to think about Tim as I continued on my way to Pennsylvania. In the few minutes of meeting him and speaking with him, I was provided with the BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I wish we all could be as patient, kind and understanding as Tim. I had my 7 yr old grandson with me, I pointed out to him how kind and helpful Tim was to me and how Mr. Tim is a great example of GOOD HUMAN BEING. Your company is very lucky to have Tim on your team. Tim! I thank you again for your kindness, Concern and eagerness to help me on Saturday. Paulette Pressley and family

Saturday evening noone working the counters, everyone on a break. I was told it would be 1hour wait to get a chicken order even though it was all cooked and ready to be served. Disappoint
