I'm not find of this calling and leaving a message and when one finally returns the call, they don to even know why they're calling you; they don't listen to the messages. SMH Not find of them asking one to leave their SSN. On voicemail as well, for anyone and everyone to hear it.

Savility communications misconstrued and or manipulated not only privacy from public or family calling. It happened 2008 leading to family communicating to enable progress. 6 29 20/ Seeking housing transportation was given realizing wasted $ time applications could've SIMPLY been mailed. Computer savy to navigate? Staff mentioned a pryor matter as identifying whom is THE therapist vs staff member coordinating housing. They're willing to listen and I at first ever appointment was vigorously documented? Hope I didn't say any thing for doctor to miss interpret!!!! They never answer the phone when you call and then it takes forever to return a phone call. The new answering machine wants you to leave your SSN on the voicemail. Since they don’t answer the phone you gotta go to the office and proceed to wait forever. I like the one lady at the desk but last time there was a new lady and she was rude and managed to mess up my case and I had to hope they fixed it in time before my benefits arrived.

They never answer the phones and are very rude at the desk. When you do leave a message they want you to leave your Social security number now and I feel very uncomfortable stating that on a machine. They also take forever to get back to you.

Monday through Friday. Not sure what time they open. However you can fill out the app and wait or just turn it in.
It's an unfortunate answer but your best bet is to go there in person. Their current phone system is a waste of time.
618-532-1966 is what I have always called and got through.
Their phone goes directly to main office of DHS and you can only get through in early morning like 8:00. Hope this helps.
An extension is if you have a set time to return paperwork say the 12th of the month you can ask for a extension till say the 19th Of the month
No just call them and they will send everything in mail
