It's an unfortunate answer but your best bet is to go there in person. Their current phone system is a waste of time.
They shut all little offices down so all packed into all these counties in one so you'll never get a human one the phone but wait it gets better it will be your fault for lack of information . I live a hour away i cant afford food to feed my family even working cuz taxe raises and jobs dont pay hardly keep up but they expect u can afford gas to drive everytime something changes its all just stupid but price got pay to get help i guess
All I can say is that My friend and son have called everyday for 1 month straight and have never gotten a call back. Fortunately though, we are closely located to the office and a visit only took about 30 minutes max, but they did have to lose time from work
Im out of state ....Im 1200 miles away its not that easy on just going in to their office trust me if I could I would of already done that. But thanks.
