I walked in for a simple drop of with a shipping label already printed. I can't wear a mask right now as my sinuses are messed up and I can't obstruct my airways. And I explained this but the employee refused to serve. So I tried to …Thank you for your feedback. We are following state and CDC guidelines like all other retail stores and requiring all customers wear a mask for the protection of our employees and other customers in the store. All our employees are also required to wear a mask for the protection of our customers. I do recommend you contact UPS at 800-742-5877 to schedule a pickup so you do not have to risk coming into the store without a mask. Thanks, The UPS Store.

Because this is an actual store. You have to drop off packages in the store. If you want a pick up you call the corporate number and in the menu option select pick up and pay a fee.
Unfortunately no, you can only drop off UPS packages.
Prices vary, our system needs 3 key(mandatory) information. Weight, Size, and location. After receiving those 3 pieces of information our system calculates the price.
Yes, you can. We have a public computer you can use to print. Computer Time Rental: $2.00 for 15 minutes or less. Black and White Print outs each side is .10 cents Color each side is .59 cents. Price increases based on size increase of paper sizes.
