Very clean and comfortable room. Although the road outside was busy, we heard no noise inside. The EV charger was an added bonus. One of the few places on our trip that was pet friendly and offered EV charging. Well done Will stay again

I retain a room every 2-3 months over the last couple years, when my parents come to town to visit. $370 a night. That's almost twice the amount I normally pay. In addition to that, they tried to give my parents not 1, but 2 dirty rooms. If it wasn't for my mother being handicapped and exhausted they wouldn't be staying there. Service has went way down hill, the hallway floors are really dirty, and there is an awful odor lingering in the building. Hilton will get my money for now on. Never will rent a room from Holiday Inn anywhere again.

I booked with this hotel ahead of time through hopper and upon arriving around 11pm (mind you I’m a long ways from home at this point), the front desk manager tells me my reservation is canceled. I had only ever received a confirmation for the room at this point, so I contacted hopper to try and solve the problem. The manager was unwillingly to tell us the reason, and tried to blame it on the booking company or hotel partner. At this point, hopper is trying to contact their partner who is actively calling the hotel and she is not picking up the phone even to put them on hold despite the fact she is not actively working with customers. She was offering zero solutions and basically saying their was nothing she can do even though I was charged for the room. Hopper was wonderful through all of this, but ended up figuring out the hotel had overbooked itself and they were responsible for the error despite the fact they would not admit it to me. Horrible situation and staff, you would think if you’re going to make that mistake you’d at least own up to it after people are now without a place to stay late at night. They made no effort to communicate the cancellation with the booking company AND proceeded to check other people into rooms right in front of us.

Pool water was freezing...told the front but water still cold 2 days later. Room didn't have shampoo nor conditioner, front desk couldn't find key to storage room to get me anymore...and he never followed up with me the next 2 days if he ever found them or if I still needed them. Shower clogged and took showers in a big puddle of water. Water pressure was so weak it took me double the time to take a shower. Broken wall pieces of foundation on floor of pool....told front desk...nothing...told them again second day and they finally swept it up. Step on pool ladder was so loose it actually came off when my kid was stepping on it....what would've happened if he got into accident from it?!?!? This is after I specifically called the hotel before I made the reservation and asked if the pool was up and running...they said yes...I guess they never went in and took a good look or made an inspection. Breakfast was always out of food and coffee...attendant was just standing there and refilled only when someone told him....he needs to do that before it runs out! Be proactive! Never again.

On our visit we noticed the following All the staff wear masks and maintain distancd. Breakfast had social distancing being followed where a member of the staff can get you what you want from the available menu. Rooms were sanitized and sealed on the door to make sure guests are the only ones entering after the room was sanitized and cleaned. Also, there are sanitizers in the lobby.
