Rude and slow service!two persons cant make coffee for one customer waiting 15 min for coffee and they put my coffee somewhere didn’t tell me nothing and I find my coffee by myself behind the desk

Up until this morning that was my go to. Not anymore, got a LG hot cream and sugar, took off and about a mile away I tasted it. Tasted like last night's coffee warmed up, wasn't hot at all. Didn't taste any sugar until the very bottom of the cup. This place has gone down hill over the last 6 months. Some people at the window are nice, others act like they are doing me a favor by handing me my coffee. Won't be back at this location ever again.

I asked them 3 times to get me to peppermint mochas and I asked again when picking them up and I got regular coffees instead, so annoying.
