It doesn't matter what your legitimate reason is, this place will make it nearly impossible to cancel. When I signed up for a 12-month contract last year, they renewed without notifying me and told me that I actually had a 24-month contract. Unbelievable and unethical. Do yourself a favor and find a gym that isn't littered with people standing around hogging each machine with an apathetic staff who barely keeps it looking at least half decent. This place isn't worth the hassle, they are very predatory and will take your money. They send you off to ABC Fitness, a third party, to cancel (if you can even reach them). They threaten to take you to collections if you have put a stop charge from your bank. Call your bank and dispute if you need to, this company does not deserve to be in business. Edit: More egregious than I thought, there was never a renewal period at all because the staff member straight-up lied to me when I signed up for a 12 month, they put me on 24 without my permission. Don't trust this place. Seriously. Way better gyms out there that you can trust.

Excessive 24 month contract. Can't even downgrade after 12 months. People are returning back to the office and it's pointless to pay more for something you don't use a lot. When I signed up, you don't get to look at the contract, you sign an electronic pad without a clear view of the contract. I did not see you sign a 24 month contract. You get a document PDF days later on the online account. Most if not all gyms have 12 month contract but I guess Edge did this to make up money they lost during the pandemic. Edge will send over a response to this review and advise that "it's all laid out in the agreement and you signed it" which is a great customer response and shows how much they care or a generic please send an email to edge area. You can file arbitration but it will cost over 1k in fees which is why they have the arb agreement so people do not want to pay that amount for a small monthly fee. I do not want to cancel, just a downgraded membership but based on a sly contract, I'll wait and cancel next year. It's going to be fun to deal with ABC Fitness based on these reviews.

Do not use this gym!!! This gym signed up an individual who has limited English skills and did not understand the terms. Within two weeks the individual went back to cancel because they could not afford the terms. Now, they will not let the individual out of the contract. Can you say preditor!! This is such a disgusting practice to take advantage of people. I given them a negative star rating.

It’s a spacious and nicely equipped fitness center in the neighborhood. Each equipment has its touchscreen TV with the control panel on it which is super cool and helpful. You can watch your favorite channel or you can use other apps while you are doing exercise. Yet, the super cool thing is the Edge Cinema!! Yes, a cinema with treadmill and other equipments instead of sitting chairs to watch the movie! Staff are nice and friendly towards the customers. I will definitely give 5 stars.
