Friday morning around 11am, went in ready to buy a truck. The sales person acted like I was bothering him. He was having a great conversation with the receptionist and I dared to walk in at that time. After a couple of questions with little to no effort in answering, he called the manager to help me. The manager politely dismissed all my hopes of having any sort of decent car buying experience. Questions like reservation and you should go online before you come to the store ask me anything. Just disappointed.i was ready to spend 65k today . I guess my money is no good here at Ford Sandy Springs. And just because I walked in at the wrong time of a conversation. 😪

Straight shooters and more than fair price for a rare used Honda Ridgline SE. Tavis was a pleasure to work with and I was in and out in less than 2 hours.

Update to my original post: The initial buying process was great and my fiancé and I were so happy when we picked up our new truck. The pleasant experience died quickly when the general manager Eric Mihelich called to inform us that they undercharged us for taxes and that we needed to pay $1100 asap in order to receive our hard tags. He was extremely rude and started yelling at me when I started asking questions. Turns out not only did they overcharge us but they gave the dmv the wrong vin number and listed the truck as used not new. We actually had to call the dmv ourselves only find out they never process our paperwork until we called. In return they had to refund us $500. We had to call numerous times about the refund check which took over 2 weeks to process. In addition to that, the only extra thing we added to the truck were wheel locks. We found out later on that they forgot to put the locks on the truck, so we got them put on when we picked up the check. During that visit the auto shop manager thought it was his place to chastise us for not coming a few days earlier and also thought it was professional to place his foot on our tire in order to tie his shoe laces. This dealership is nice until they get your money, then it’s down hill from there. This does not reflect how awesome the sales team was during the purchasing process. Original Post: My partner and I recently bought a 2022 Ford Bronc from the Jim Ellis Ford dealership in Sandy Springs, GA. The entire process took about 6 months which was a little shorter than we were originally quoted. They kept us up to date on the assembly process and immediately contacted us when our truck was delivered. I want to shine some light on Dallas, Tyon, Ross, Kevin, and Lauren. They made the buying process stress free and seamless. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle please go here.
