I should have written this review months ago, but I’m finally doing it now. I wish I could’ve met the manager on duty the night or morning after of our check-in. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night. I booked this hotel with the hotel staff over the phone, and I specifically mentioned how we were celebrating our wedding and first night there. I also mentioned how we would be arriving late from the wedding and to ask for a late check-out, which they noted and followed up with. However, I did have the staff member on the phone make a note and special request for any accommodations for our wedding. Because this was a special occasion, I was hoping that they would give us something nice, anything complimentary; a free upgrade or a complimentary bottle of wine, anything! To our disappointment, they didn’t offer anything to us. We were already exhausted and sleep deprived from the wedding so we slept in and missed breakfast and the night before we missed out on the evening reception. So not only did we not receive anything special from the staff, but we missed out on any amenities and benefits of staying there. Mind you, I am a Hilton honors member and the rewards/benefits they have are meaningless. They’re worthless when you’re spending a lot to stay there and they’re giving you things that are a basic standard at any hotel. Free wifi, digital key, and digital check-in are nothing special. Please note this for management.

The hotel room was amazingly clean. The housekeeping staff definitely needs a raise. Over the weekend when a large group of kids were here, it was loud however within the room we could hear nothing. Breakfast was pretty good too. Its close to the mall and plenty of eateries (driving). We love the property. Take a walk outside the hotel in the green area. You won't regret your stay here.

Stayed here as part of a wedding block, convenient location. Big issue I had was after check out, I realized within a couple hours of departure I had left important documents and clothing in the drawer. I immediately called the front desk, was told he would follow up with housekeeping, waited until the evening and called back to follow up. Phone call #2, since hours had passed and no follow up call, same manager, said housekeeping hadn't turned in anything yet but would call back. Phone call #3 now late at night as I was visiting from out of town, staying in Philadelphia and willing to go back if the forgotten items were found and I was leaving the next morning, night manager said nothing was left and to follow up with housekeeping in the morning. Phone call #4 in the morning, spoke with manager #3, said he would once again follow up with housekeeping. Needless to say I never received any follow up phone calls and did not retrieve my forgotten items. I understand it is my responsibility to take everything with me, but please do your job, follow up with housekeeping, and provide a call back when you said 3 TIMES you would but did nothing of the sort. Nearby rooms had loud guests, running in the hallways, loud music. I understand the hotel may not have complete control over the guests but should uphold a certain standard. Overall disappointed and recommend booking elsewhere.

I've stayed here several times without issue. I like the happy hour and breakfast included. Staff is usually very nice and helpful, I used digital key so no contact with staff this trip. This trip there were lots of high school kids, so much noise and kids running a through lobby and halls (actual running). No one attempted to address the issue. Then there was an issue with the heat/AC unit in the room made buzzing sounds and the temp stayed at 75 degrees even though it was set to 65. I notified management hopefully this doesn't happen again.
