Worst ever, NOT prepared to order Clearly the basic pizza was cooked earlier, and the cooked toppings were added. JUNK.

Yesterday, 7/14/2022, I placed a delivery order at 3:30 pm for a 6:20 pm delivery on ACFP's website. I received order confirmation and my card was charged. I had a board meeting at 6:30 pm with 12 attendees anticipating food. At 6:02 pm I received a call from DoorDash that my order was canceled saying the order was never received at Anthony's and I was to call the restaurant. At 6:13 pm I called and spoke with the manager Howard (Harold)??, and he was going to make it right, order the food again and have it delivered. At 7:01 I received a calls from the manager asking if the food was delivered, it was not. He said the driver was on their way, 5 minutes away. Driver and food never showed. I received a text saying the food was being delivered at 7:03 pm. Food never showed. I called back to the manager at 7:14 pm and told him the food never showed. He asked what did I want to do. He could prepare the food, again, but couldn't say when it would be delivered. Blamed it on DoorDash. I told him to cancel the order and refund my credit card. At 8:23 pm I received a text that my DoorDash driver was approaching with my food. This was 45 minutes after my board meeting ended and my board members did not get feed. At 8:47 pm food arrived. I told the driver the order was previously canceled at 7:14 pm and I didn't want or need the food. Not a good experience at all. If the manager was concerned about a customer, with a decent size order, and trying to make a bad situation better, he should have put the food in his car and deliver it himself vs. relying on a delivery service. I was 10 minutes away. BTW, my credit has yet to be posted to my credit card. Horrible experience all around.

I went to Anthony's Coal Fire for the first time Saturday night and was not disappointed. We got the regular/traditional coal fired pizza, wings, and garlic knots. The pizza was outstanding and I've tried plenty of pizza throughout Wayne & Radnor. I think what makes theirs special is the use of Monaro cheese and coal fire taste. I loved the chicken wings, I'll definitely order them again. Our waitress was very kind and attentive.

Long time customer of this location but the quality has declined tremendously. Picked up a pizza last week and the bottom was completely burnt. Also there were chunks of tomatoes thrown on top and not smashed like they typically are. Be forewarned if you're getting takeout. Quality has been declining for awhile now, not sure what happened.
