The Lady at the check-in was very thorough & patient in obtaining info & giving instructions. She had a great attitude even though they were very busy. They were too busy for walk-Ins but gave clients the best time to return for walk-in appts. She was very understanding & compassionate. 😊

We checked in via their text system and were called in to the office within minutes. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. Another patient had some tough questions, and they answered with kindness and grace. The technician was professional and very nice. It was a great experience. The whole staff was very nice and patient for having a busy clinic. I first tried coming in as a walk-in, but it was a very busy day for them, and they were full for the day. The front desk staff helped me to set up an appointment for two days later, and I was in and out of my appointment for my x-ray in about an hour, even with a little bit of waiting. Every staff member I had encountered was kind in their demeanor as well as towards every patient that walked in. Great and wonderful service!

Pleasant experience. I showed up early as requested and filled out the documents ahead of time. Since everything was done ahead of time, once I walked in I was called up 5 minutes later. Everything was explained by a nice and kind gentleman who helped me in the MRI room. I appreciated the smooth process and kindness from the gentleman. I would recommend this place for your testing 😊
