Hands down the best service that I have received in a bike store. We were just passing through heading home to Victoria and since helmets are so difficult to find at home I decided to check this store. I found what i needed at a great price with good conversation and great service. Thank you Maura for your excellence. I bought the yellow Specialized helmet! This store is highly recommended to all cyclists!

Excellent service. We lost an entire rear wheel and Sound Bikes had the specs pulled up and spare parts ready to go. It would’ve taken me hours of shopping online, assembly and waiting for delivery. I was in and out of the store and ready to ride again in 10 minutes. If there were more stars available, I’d vote even higher.

This is one of the best bike shops we have dealt with. They are super knowledgeable, really want to help and are very kind. I had ordered a part from another bike shop, and am still waiting for it 6 weeks later. Maura ordered it for me on a Monday and I had it Friday. And how about a store that remembers your name the second time you come in. I really appreciate great customer service and this store provides that in spades!

Troy is knowledgeable, friendly and super patient. And his store has all the toys!! He helped me get properly outfitted with a surfski and gear, and was super communicative in the process. I drove from Seattle to grab an epic V8 pro surfski from him, and will happily do it again. Top store and staff here.
