My therapist felt very judgmental to me and I don’t think she understood me at all. I got nothing out of our sessions except for a bill. She would rush me to finish in sessions and it felt like she was just trying to get me in and out. Its not so great for someone who has anxiety and its hard for them to open up. I will never recommend her to anyone or ever go back to her.

Noel, there are some therapists who speak Spanish as well as some staff.
