Our commission rate is negotiable, depending on our client's situation and services required. For example: a seller listing multiple properties with us may garner a discounted rate. We have a solid track record of getting our clients the best results (highest sales price in the shortest time). Combine that with our level of worry-free, all-inclusive services (professional photos, 3D Tour, floor plans, digital marketing, paid social media ads targeting the ideal buyer, etc) and unsurpassed client experience we provide, our rates vary between 5% to 7% and we only choose to work with clients who want the very best. Note that the commission is split between the Listing Agent (us) and the Buyer's Agent (The Seller pays for both their Listing Agent and the Buyer's Agent).
In addition to posting the listing on the MLS, which then syndicates the For Sale property to ALL the other local and international real estate brokerage websites, including Zillow and Redfin, our marketing strategy includes HDR photography, 3D virtual home tours, floorpans and professional copywriting to really capture the essence and story behind the home. It's the combination of our beautiful professional photography and the heart stirring listing descriptions that really catch Buyer's attention, makes that emotional connection and ends up selling the house.
Our staging services are just one of the many complimentary services that is exclusive to sellers who list their homes with the Sea-Town Team and is accounted for in our commission rate.
Primarily the Seattle, WA area and surrounding Metro areas, including the East Side (Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, etc) but we really specialize in the West Seattle / Burien corridor and South King County (South of DT Seattle through Des Moines and East to Renton/Kent.
