I worked with Rob who i presume is the owner/ manager and i was thrilled with the results. I brought in my 2000 VSTAR for a tune up and he was professional, timely and trust worthy. I cannot stress how much value his shop delivers. That is a big deal to me and i will be coming back. My bike rides so much smoother and the price he gave me was more than fair. I’m new to bikes, and he didn’t take me for a ride. I’d recommend him 100 percent.

Rob at Westedge is a true motorcycle mechanical expert with acute attention to detail. He adeptly navigated roadblocks in getting parts for my Guzzi during supply chain breakdown. He was responsive, and his cost was better than fair. I intend to return until he stops.

My poor, neglected '96 z1100 wasn't running and I just didn't have the time or inclination to diagnose. Three Kawasaki dealerships wouldn't even look at it, citing age of bike policies! Rob took on the job, fitting it into his backlog - not a problem for me as time was not an issue (after 10yrs and two cross country moves, how could it?) In short order, he got her running - making some modifications to improve her performance, then proceeded bring her up to snuff maintenance-wise. She's now back to "as good as new" operation and I couldn't be happier. I initially engaged his services on a very loose and informal basis, and he kept up his part in the most professional manner. Communications throughout the effort was great, with discovered issues and manner of rectifying effectively conveyed. Final charges for all the work done was very reasonable. Getting the bike to him was a bit of a nosebleed for me (ninety mile trek from Skagit), but this will not hinder my ongoing use of his services in the future.
