Delicious omakase at a great price. Very attentive service. Lovely meal.

This was our second time. I am so glad it tastes just as good as the first which was 2 yrs ago. We ordered the premium omakase (chef's picks) for $60 per person. It comes with 18 things. Appetizer, 14 nigiris, 1 handroll, choice between miso soup or fried shrimp head, ice cream (whatever the flavor is that day: it was green tea this time and last time it was black sesame). Right now they only serve outside and to-go. There are three tables outside so you need to reserve ahead of time. I wish I lived nearby so I could go all the time! Love love love this place!

One of my favorite sushi places in all of LA county! The sushi is traditional and fresh. It's pricey but I highly recommend the Omakase set because it is amazing.

I almost didn't go in and that would have been a huge mistake. To say this place is unassuming may be an understatement! ...but this ended up being in the top 2 sushi experiences I have had (next to Japango in Toronto). The omakase was fantastic and I challenge anyone to find a better fish selection for the money! Super fresh cuts that melted in my mouth...so I kept going when the omakase was done. My experience started with monk fish liver. I learned that I actually do like this after having it here. Then, from the pictures: 1. Hamachi (premium yellow tail) 2. King Salmon 3. Madai (red snapper with mint and ginger...amazing!) 4. Blue Fin Tuna in soy 5. Yellow Tail (great, but not quite as good as #1) 6. Maguro (tuna) 7. Not sure 8. Shenaji (premium mackerel) 9. Albacore Tuna 10. Ebi (Shrimp) 11. Hotate (Scallop) 12. Uni (Sea Urchin) 13. Ikura (Salmon Roe) 14. Toro hand roll 15. Unagi (Freshwater Eel) 16. Tamago (Omlet) As I said, I couldn't stop the so the chef kept going, which ended with some even higher premium cuts! 1. Aka Amadai (Tilefish) 2. Isaki (Chicken Grunt Fish) 3. Kinme Dai (Alfonsino/Golden Eye Snapper) 4. Seared Kama Toro 5. Nadoguro (Blackthroat Seaperch) 6. Then I ordered the spicy hotate roll for dessert... I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it!
