Bleh…Wouldn’t recommend or spent my time nor money here again. Food is ok, service is wack I love trying new places so I came here during my lunch break. There’s a sheet of paper where you write your name next to a sign that reads “WAIT TO BE SEATED” Nobody ever came out as I and another person waited. I came inside and 2 waiters looked my way and looked away without responding to my greeting. I walked up to the register and I let the young lady know I’ve been waiting outside and she asked me if I was going to dine in and I got seated. I got handed a menu over the counter while other customers had a waiter walk up to them and properly handed the menu. My order was taken 5 minutes later, my food was ready within 10 minutes but it was cold. I decided to just eat it because I didn’t want to waste more my time. I’ve been waiting for my check for the past 15 minutes as I’m writing this review. Again, I got the check handed to me over the counter. They walked around the counter to give the guy next to me his check. From the moment I was given my food to when I paid, nobody approached me. I spent a total of 45 minutes in here.

The food is good and tasty here. I always eat the Pho Tai Bo vien anywhere I go. The beef was tender, noodles were done properly, broth was good. Some of the other reviews here are not fair regarding service time and politeness. My family’s experience was great we are from out of town. They are short staffed but seated us promptly and took our order quickly. We interacted with 3 staff members and all were very polite and made sure we had everything we needed for our 2 younger children. Try them out!

Ordered using a delivery service. Was pleasantly surprised with their flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. They were even nice enough to substitute my noodles for ramen upon request. Egg rolls were good though a bit on the fishier side. This was the first time I've ever had Pho without jalapenos, since none came with the order. Not the best, but good enough to scratch that itch.

Outdoor as well as indoor seating was available when we went in early October 2021. The outdoor seating is limited to basically the 2 and 3 seat tables. We weren’t able to take that stroller inside due to limitations on space inside. The food was good but hot over the top amazing - we tried the pho, spring rolls and a rice dish. A solid choice.
