Alexxxx....where you at Alexxx and his two lovely ladies that work on the team is all you need. I know COVID delay alot of orders, but I think those delays are over!! I ordered two bedroom sets, dining room set and 3 piece living room set. I ordered on August 9th and all my items were delivered and set up on September 3rd. I'm in love with picks and can't wait to go back and swipe my husband VISA card again!! Happy shopping everyone!! If you want the right price this is the place to go!! Signed 5th time customer

I ordered a sofa and love seat May 28th. They had the love seat in stock but the sofa was not going to be at the warehouse until middle of July and at there store the next week. I wasn’t happy but I went ahead and bought the set. Well July 18th I never heard from the store so I called and left message to call me about the status of my sofa. No response so I called and text July 20th still no response. We decided we better go in before they close and see what was going on. Well Alex couldn’t find my order and I kept showing him my receipt. Then he looks it up in the computer and could not find the order. So he types in the product and say it won’t be at the warehouse until August 1st and at his store around August 11th I said that doesn’t work for me. He said then go buy one for more money at Ashley Furniture. So my husband and I decided ok we will go buy it from somewhere else and we would like our money back. He starts cussing at us and telling us we can’t have our money back and to get out of his store. There was a lot more words from him only and the police were called. In the end he kept our money and told us to never come back. He will not give us the sofa or our money without taking him to court. So if you would like to save your self from these issues I recommend not shopping there. If you choose to go there because they do have reasonable prices something I learned if it’s not at the warehouse don’t pay yet. He will call you when he can get the product and then you can pay for it. That way you don’t end up in my position. Good luck for anyone who chooses to shop at this store.
