I had a bad experience but when I wrote a review they made up for it and sent me 2 coupons for free meals. The people are also nice.

The only reason this location gets two stars is because the food was hot. Customer service was horrid, they didn't have a cover on their fresh tea(health hazard!!), the dining area was neglected and gross. Also, they "stopped serving ham/cheese sliders since February" along with a bunch of other menu items that have since been taken off. I understand that, but the condescending way the manager explained this fact to me was rude and cold. Of all people the manager should have better table manners.

Every time I go there they REFUSE to give me the amount of sauces I want. I mean I get it 10 is a lot but I always ask if I can buy the sauce. They won't even let me buy the sauces! What kind of business refuses to give or sell you something so simple?? I love Arby's but honestly if I can't eat it the way I enjoy then that is enough for me to just give up going there!

Have all fast food companies for gotten what manners are? It used to be part of good customer service. Simple things like yes ma'am or no sir, please and thank you.
