We had very bad experience today. My father was talking to the lady in window #2 she keep saying to my father bye... bye... bye...when my father was still taking. So disrespectful person. No help at all.

My experience at this office was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They do still require you to wear a mask when you inside. Another tip is to complete the form beforehand to save more time inside the office.

A big disappointment phones not answering properly no accountability calls not returned they brush you off by saying I’m going to disconnect this when asking for manager it’s a mess .It seems they like a power play of disconnect by hanging up.I made them aware I have insurance though my company and was not obligated to by anymore blame the congressman in the area for this mess. However I was answered by a man on a weekend who was very polite but 3 different agents tried the hang up method to resolve issues.

The office was closed for a long time this last year but is finally open thankfully. I went in to change my name and it was a quick and easy process. They’re open Monday to Friday and they take walk ins. They have you go in with a mask, check in on the computer, then your number is called and you get helped. I had Pat and he was super helpful, explained everything clear and concise and I was in and out in less than 20 mins. I came in on a Friday at 2 pm as well so I don’t think they’re that busy. I’m so relieved of the great experience I had because I saw all the negative reviews and I’ve tried to call them in the past but! Now that they’re open everything is running smoothly and quickly! Happy Customer

what documents are needed to begin collecting social security.
If receiving Social Security you’re automatically enrolled & should receive card about 3 months prior to month turning 65. If not receiving social security, would need to contact social security about 3 months prior to month turning 65.

From what I heard, it is possible you may lose housing if they aren't informed. It would also mean you would have to get a bigger place because the children would need bedrooms. How many rooms depend on the sex of the children. It is sort of tricky to deal with. I wish you the best
No.the money one collects is the life long deduction from each paycheck over a 30 yo 35 year period. There is charity money to help pay medical bills and utility bills.
Check with hud.gov once the government furlough has ended.
Contact your social security case worker and see if they have any course of action they would take.
