You need identification you need to know your social security number when you get into the store Social Security office you will punch into a kiosk they will ask you if your name your social security number and what's your business is there and you will get a ticket with a number on it when your number is called they'll tell you to what window to go to and then ask you for identification and what's your business can you tell them what your problem is and then they will try to help you solve it
