There are a few good agents here but I’m generally disappointed on topics related to claims; It doesn’t cost anything to be treated fair , otherwise leave your post . I’m not understanding why they can’t open the doors all other business is open with some restrictions ; it’s easier to buy a home then to disconnect from Medicare what a mess; what the Congress needs to do is to cut there salary if they have an average of less then 3 stars

I wanted to give zero stars, but 1 is the minimum allowed. I need a replacement card, which I already applied for online (they make you also show up in person too.) I was told to come to Bethlehem or Easton. I came during business hours, and it was closed, which made me waste time & money. The manager of this location needs to update the actual hours. If the location is temporarily closed, it should say so on the website.

Well before Covid went into effect yes, but ever sense Covid started a person has to get the application online. After that print it out then fill it out and drop it off in the drop box, but there are so many so no telling when yours is found after that it could take 7-10 business days. Because the application goes to the corporate social security office in Baltimore Maryland and you can only meet in a branch location by appointment but sorry they can’t make the card only corporate in Baltimore
If you are applying for new SSN you need to mail all the necessary documents to the address of nearby ssa office. Once you hear them back by mail again they have a toll number to which you can call and book the appointment. I am not sure whether I can share the number here because they sent it to me personally. I also saw a number outside the office door which you can call to book an appointment.
