The rooms are pretty but that's about it. We went for a girls weekend and wanted to watch a late night movie only to find out that the TV's aren't smart tv's and have no streaming access like most other Marriott hotels. For $500+ per night, you would think the bathrooms would be a little more lux. Our room phone didn't work because the entire outlet was busted. Our bedside lamps also did not work. The view and location are the only attractive thing about the hotel.

I visit this hotel at least 4 times a year but my last visit was different from the last time. I guess staff changes the front desk staff sure lacking experience.. it took for ever to get check-in . Even the bell hope’s unloaded my car put my suitcase on the cart then pushed the cart into the hotel lobby and left my suitcase unattended anyone could have taken my stuff.. My hole experience was different.. it’s seem that no one caress anymore if you don’t like it just leave..

My husband booked the wrong date and we noticed about 30 minutes before we arrived to the hotel. Janasia at the front desk was so understanding, sweet and was STILL able to accommodate us! The room was amazing and we could not believe the hospitality. It was quick, painless and they made our weekend so much better by helping us out. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Greeted with a smile and "how can I help you" attitude as soon as we arrived. I had a few specific requests and Megan (front office manager) was right on it. Rooms were very nice with Nautical themes. Ate both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which were great as well. Small issue with getting a few channels running (Olympics) on the tv which never got fixed (3 different people came to the room without fixing the issue). Shout out to Megan at front desk for checking on me and my family. Thank you Megan!
