A man walking around with knife in his hand at 10-11 pm at people outside looking but nothing is done the man was clearly staring at my sister a few times again no one call the police and actually says don’t call the police, I go tell front desk to move my room closer to my husband room so I feel a bit more safer front desk said no with a attitude and did not care about the man walking all through the parking lot with a knife But yet everyone called the cops for kids playing in pool because everyone said it was to much noise, NOT KIDS RRIENDLY PLACE OR SAFE PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE

NEVER USE A 3RD PARTY WITH THIS HOTEL! MY CONFIRMATION SAID TO CANCEL BY 6PM, I SPOKE TO BRANDON AT THE HOTEL AT 530PM, ASKED TO CANCEL, HE SAID HE WOULD MAKE SURE THE CANCELLATION FEE WAS WAIVED, I WAS STILL CHARGED $200 AND THE HOTEL WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE 3RD PARTY WHO SAID IF THE HOTEL AGREES THEY WILL REFUND, BUT THE HOTEL WILL NOT ALLOW IT! I AM FURIOUS! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I WAS NEVER TOLD THE HOTEL REQUIRES 24 HR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION SAYS BY 6PM SO WHEN I CALLED AT 5:30 AND SPOKE TO BRANDON I WAS LIED TO! BRANDON SEEMS TO BE A LIAR?!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Best Western Annapolis. Upon arrival, the motel appeared to be pretty old from the architecture, and was set back along the highway and busy main street, but was very well maintained and absolutely spotless! We were also very happy that you could barley hear the road noise, and we were on the end of the 2 story building closest to the highway. Upon check in, we were provided with a welcome bag that included a breakfast bar, bag of chips, bag of popcorn, and bottle of water. Toiletries, as well as a coffee maker and coffee, ironing board, refrigerator and microwave was available in our room. The front desk staff were quick to resolve the one minor issue we had. The check in and breakfast area were absolutely spotless, and the breakfast area staff was very attentive as well, on both days we were there. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, turkey patties, bacon, omelets, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, mixed fruit, fresh fruit, and juices. Overall, the entire motel looks as though it was entirely remodeled, including the pool area, right down to the flooring. The location of the motel sits back from the main road where a lot of shopping and restaurants are located and has easy access to the downtown historic Annapolis (about a 15 minute drive) and the surrounding area. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Went here instead of where we were going to stay because the photos looked okay and it was slightly cheaper. Value for money was basically absent. Should have just stayed where I was going to and paid the difference. Smelled, dingy, bad breakfast, just overall unpleasant. 0/5
