Nice rooms for the price, great location to downtown. Keep in mind there is much more rooms then there are parking spaces; they also let anyone park in it. So if you plan on going anywhere after 3pm, you need to walk. The parking garage is very difficult to maneuver when full. There is a parking garage a few blocks away, it is also half the price then parking at the hotel.

Very convenient location for access to downtown and a few great, very close-by restaurants and bars. However, agree with others on horrendous service. Front desk staff are frankly combative and seemed to take pleasure in denying reservations. A weird culture of trying to make the travel experience as miserable as possible. Had to ultimately contact third party booking site, who then got in touch directly with hotel, to get pre-paid booking honored. Quite an ordeal. One day, the staff also failed to alert guests of adjoining road closures until the day of, when parked cars became inaccessible for several hours. Manager completely unapologetic regarding all of this. Rooms are good, price is fair for area, safe neighborhood. Bottom line: do not recommend, will not stay again.

I love this hotel! I will return when I visit Annapolis again. If you want to explore the city of Annapolis on foot, this hotel is in a great location to walk to almost all of the popular attractions. The rooms are large, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The lounge/bar area is humungous and the food is great. The greatest positive is the staff: Very friendly, responsive, and professional. A shout to staff Shuy. (You get 10-Stars!) Thanks !!!

Perfect location, very modern and spacious lobby & bar area. Friendly staff. The room was set up nicely and updated and modern. Only downsides were the heating/AC units in the room were quite loud when they turned on & and our room had a slight mildew smell. Besides for that everything was perfect!
