The after-sales service is very poor. When they encounter problems, they push them one by one and deceive customers into switching to their own company. There is a discount, but the discount is not available. It's up to them to cancel it if they say to cancel it

Unfortunately agree so slow took an hour for something that should have taken 15min. When I got home bill said something I asked three times to get removed, with agreement in store. Make sure everything is over clarified and speak up when something is taking too long. Ask a Manger to come over or something

Employees here work like snails, they make the customers wait and it took me soo long to just drop off the equipment. Very rude!

The lady named Ana did a fraudulent job to our account we went to another location to fix the mess she did she sold us a contract with lies she said we were suppose to pay a certain amount and once we checked the number was higher very unprofessional and low

If you asking if you'll be able to use the internet right after subscribing then it depends. If your line is open to Xfinity then yes if not then you'll probably need a technician.
Yes there's a kiosk in the back of the store where you can pay with cash or card
