Very nice retirement park, homes and yards are well kept. Lot rent is reasonable they seem to care about their residents!

Must have background check and be pre approved to buy here. There is always a waiting list. Mobile homes sell fast and at higher rates. No empty lots period. The only mobile home currently for sale is new and gorgeous... And most likely already sold!
