I own an older Mercedes c300 with a few issues, and this is the second time Jeff has taken care of me. Sound Auto Care has shown both times that they do exactly what an OEM Mercedes tech would without the crazy pricing. A few things that stood out: - they match my schedule. If you can't pick up before closing you can pay online and pick up after hours - there's no sales pressure, Jeff was very open with what he would recommend be fixed immediately, in the near future, and what may be cosmetic or currently not an issue. They only address what I wanted to fix - amazing communication, Jeff would check in when I asked and I never felt ignored or waiting on him for something

Absolutely! We perform a comprehensive vehicle inspection on every vehicle that comes in, every time. Our technicians use tablets to perform these inspections and our service advisors send the completed report to you digitally via text and/or email. The link to the inspection will always be valid - no more overflowing glove boxes! We strongly believe in transparency and communication and there's no better way to show that than our digital inspection process!
Depending on which components you've purchased, the answer might be no. We offer a 2 year, 24 month warranty on all parts and labor services we provide. If you buy a part online, not only can we not warranty it, but you may be responsible for paying additional labor if the part fails out of the box. After being in business over 20 years, we've realized it's more cost effective to bypass those too good to be true cheap deals online. We stand by our work and always repair your vehicle reliably, and cost effectively.
We have a drop box to the right side of our front door with envelopes provided where you can leave your keys and information. We'll sanitize you keys and vehicle touch points before driving into the shop for service during business hours. We have a full security system out front - safe and convenient!
We offer something even better! Our Contact Free Concierge service is available twice a week where we pick up your vehicle from your driveway, perform necc. services, and return to your driveway. Inspection, payment, and communication all done digitally! Talk about easy!
