We visited the Leawood location upon receiving a strong recommendation from our daughter in law regarding her experience with Tuft And Needle and her purchase of the Mint mattress. We were greeted by Suzanne and we were pleasantly surprised with her demeanor and professionalism. Suzanne listened to our questions/concerns and she asked questions of us. We have purchased traditional mattresses and box springs over the past 45 years of marriage and Suzanne is the first person who listened to our concerns. She was able to answer our questions, satisfy our concerns of purchasing a non traditional mattress and never made us feel pressured in our decision. We were merely researching Tuft And Needle because of how highly it was recommended to us and we were so pleased that we made a purchase of the Hybrid in the same visit.

Everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful! They even managed to get me some fast shipping due to not having the size I was looking for in stock. The bed is so comfortable and the customer service was so great! I absolutely recommend going here for a mattress.

I just received the queen Hybrid mattress from Sarah and JD and I love it! Sarah was a huge help with the buying process and the friendliness of the staff was phenomenal. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress for awhile and found Tuft and Needle, and we LOVE our new mattress. I will be recommending them to our friends and family!!

My husband and I bought a whole new mattress, pillows, bedding - the shebang at the end of October. We had been researching and looking for a new mattress and pillows for a number of years. We didn't want to buy online because we wanted to be able to try the mattresses first. We were a little hesitant at first because of the pandemic, but from the moment we entered the Kansas City store, we knew we were in the right place. It was evident that safety was a priority from the moment we walked in. The store is beautiful and welcoming and Sarah L. greeted us warmly right away. I love how the showroom is set up to provide "the full experience" and privacy as you shop. Sarah was so patient as we asked a lot of questions and tried each of the beds and then various combinations of pillows, etc. We decided on the Mint mattress with the mattress topper, mattress protector, down alternative duvet , linen duvet cover, percale sheets and a set of each of the pillows ( which I'm obsessed with)! Sarah guided us while giving us ample time and space to figure out what we really liked. She made solid recommendations and then followed up with us a few weeks after to see how it was going! We are loving everything. I have pressure point issues and this has been a game-changes for my sleep. We are saving so we can purchase a mattress and topper for each of our kids and our guest room as well. Love our T&N mattress, pillows, and bedding. LOVED our buying experience with Sarah. Loved the store and the ambience. If you are in the market for a new mattress or bedding - check them out. If you're in the KC area, GO SEE SARAH! The in-store experience was exceptional.
