I called this company three times and the 1st time my call got ignored. The 2nd time a girl answered, told me the price and when I told her I wanted to go ahead with the tow , she hung up in my face. I called back and my call got ignored again. Extremely unprofessional. All they had to do was say they weren't available instead of denying the call.

At first I was concerned about how long they were taking. However the driver Leon showed up and was very friendly and explained why it took a little longer than expected. Very polite and nice guy to talk to on our ride to a tire shop. Would’ve given 5 stars but I felt like it was pricey for a simple tow 20 minutes away

Never leave reviews but I’m so disappointed I had to. Highly unprofessional. In fact I would go as far as saying ain’t none of these people ever worked in customer service before. My husband bought a truck from this company before the new owner took over. Called to get some paperwork/information and I’m flabbergasted. Girls with attitude and yelling on the phone, hanging up on me because their frustration, would be surprised if they were over the age of 10 based on their coping skills! Anyways if you wanna buy a vehicle or get one towed, skip the headache and use a different company.

Hello ma'am. Your husband was given our rate by the sheriff, and he agreed to it before the sheriff called us, and that was before the discount we applied. We didn't tow you very far, but we drove 45 minutes to get to your, and drove 45 minutes to get back. It's not fair to be upset with us for charging you $75 less than the amount you agreed to beforehand.
