A brief yet challenging hike up a narrow trail affords one an amazing view of the bridge and upstream on the Potomac. Park at the lot near the river and cross the RR tracks under the bridge and head up to the left. Great place to sit a spell and watch the canoers come down river. Wear good shoes.

This cool place is awesome view when you get up here, the trail is under the bridge and short hiking to get up there.

Awesome overlook! It's unmarked, and a little tough to get to, if you don't know where to look. I just followed the train tracks and went up under the bridge.

It is not an official trail. The route under 15 requires trespassing on csx property which is prosecutable. Review a topo map to see alternative routes.
