I went there this morning around two hours after opening. The door was locked and the kid inside was too busy messing around with the cash register to unlock the door for me. The Round Table opener next door meanwhile took the time to come and chat with me since he saw me waiting outside. Ending up going to McDonald’s instead. If you’re not going to open at 8am like your website and door says you are then maybe change the time to the correct time.

I had made a mobile pickup order on Feb. 25, 2022 the total was $18.84. In my order I had asked for the sandwiches to be toasted. The lady working later called at 11:46 am to let me know their toaster was broken. She wanted to know If I wanted the sandwiches as is or if I wanted a refund. I told her that she could just refund it to me as I didn’t want a cold sandwich. However, this has not been fixed, and I would appreciate getting my full refund as I did not receive anything in exchange.

I will not be going to subway again. They have shaved the meat so thin, you can see through it..All bread, as far as new xl it just the regular sandwich..
