All of the employees that I came in contact with, from registering in for my surgery, they were wonderful. She was very welcoming.. The nurses in the recovery room went above and beyond with taking care of me.. They made me feel so comfortable and worry free.. And after my surgery when I came home, I received a phone call to see how I was doing after surgery, and if I fill my prescription for my medication and if my made my appointment. Like I said above and beyond... Thank you so much!

patient In the best floor #5 🎉. In the emergency floor number 1 the doctor was nice thank god that he notice what 2 year or so another doctor discharge me without even speaking with me about something that now I might have surgery for it. I give 5 star now because the nurse doctor physician , Surgeon were awesome and they only poke one hole to draw blood 🩸 great hand and the surgeon who to my dermal great hand. And if you meet the floor director(Jorge) 😎 for my floor #5 his super cool and attentive man he love what he does and like for his patient to be treat well I spoke with him and laughed about a lot of thing for 1 hours or so.

I was very scared of going to the hospital to get surgery but then everything changed as I arrived. I registered quickly they took me in very quickly. then I waited about only 15 minutes and I had many hospital members attend me very friendly caring and most of all attentive and made me feel secure sure and home like. my surgery was a great experience with hardly any pain I was so happy...to be in great hands.

I also used to have a really bad opinion about this hospital, but very recently had surgery there and realized how much it has changed. I aslo took my niece to wmergency a couple of weeks ago and everybody was really nice, helpful, kept us informed continously. My opinion has changed for the better.
The valet parquin is free for the passengers, a new parking garage is being built

I have had the same happen. You need to always be polite but firm and persistent. Send an email or fax to the office manager, keep it short but w all the details explaining that you NEED the docs to have your insurance pay. And that if you don't receive them that they will be legally responsible for the bill. KEEP all copies of your messages to them and their response. Also let them know of this, that you will be sending copies to your insurance company of their response. Good luck hope this helps.

I have the best opinion of this hospital, I have been a patient of the kendall on several occasions and they have always treated me with tremendous quality in all their services. What happens is that people worry about the Bill when it comes to them, but you make payment arrangements and everything goes well, with health insurance or without insurance they don't stop taking care of you, they don't let anyone die.
