Please if you have your kid is sick don’t bring him/her here. I went to this ER with my 6 years old son with a terrible headache and fever. He was literally crying in pain with only 3 children ahead of us they kept me wait more than 1 hour and a half in the waiting room because the don’t have available beds . End of the history I had to leave and wait to the other day to see his pediatrician. We you Have a children emergency when you can’t even guarantee that you have a bed for a sick child . I had the best opinion of this hospital, today it changed totally. I don’t give you cero stars because you don’t give the option. Horrible experience

Misinformation The site for the Baptist Children's Hospital states it is open 24 hours. And indicates it was updated a week ago. Not true Currently they are not in operation. Patients are being sent to Miami Childers Hospital. Sometimes by ambulance. The same is true for West Kendall Baptist

Great experience every time I go there. My daughter was born there, and sometimes when she gets sick I take her there. I always get seen really quick. All doctors I have seen there are great. The staff is extremely nice. one of the nurses last time gave me daughter a doll, stickers, food since she stayed there for around 3 hours for studies and treatment. Staff always called me few days after to follow up on her. I have take my baby to NCH and I can say I prefer Baptist Children when my baby needs to go to ER.

It was the shortest wait time ever.We were in and out just like that. The nurse,Susan, was very polite and helpful and Dr.Robert Novo was excellent. He was very professional and got straight to the point.I can honestly say its the best hospital visit we've had.
