We deliver our second child here, I was baffled to read the negative reviews, as they were not accurate to my family’s experience, the nurses and the doctor’s were all very very good it was a loving 🥰 experience to give birth here…. The ER tho does need some work, it could get very very crowded and Long waits, I have had a bad experience due to that, I brought my child with a fever, I was informed that there was not pediatrician on duty, so because of that we decided to go somewhere else…

Had surgery here recently, and came once through the ER. The entire staff, from the beginning until I was wheeled out of there, was spectacular. Everyone was super nice, amicable, and I felt like I knew everyone for years. Truly felt taken care of. Every one of my preop nurses was amazing. Can’t say it enough how great everything went.

BEST PART: It was not freezing like most hospitals! Staff is nice. Got a bed quickly. WORST PART: bed is in hallway. Takes long time to get results or see mid level/DR. Construction inside ER. ER was clean and new. Nurses were friendly and attentive. My nurse Catherine (I think) super young but sweet and smart. I found it odd I never saw any DR’s around. Only mid level providers and staff was all very young. Only thing that stinks is that there are limited rooms so many people are in beds in the hallways. I understand the rooms are saved for those with more critical conditions, but staying in the hallway for 3+ hours with no privacy during exams/triaging felt invasive. Also there was construction going on very close to my part of the hallway. For this reason I give 3 stars. On the bright side the beds provided are very comfy. Also there are young assistants offering warm blankets 👍🏻

They have the best care in Florida! Rooms are so clean. Newest technologies. All the nurses are fantastic! I had the pleasure of trusting Nurse Delia in ICU as she cares so great for my father as he has pneumonia and congestive heart failure. She is very pleasant, cheerful and sympathetic. He was also treated by Nurse Hector which was a great caring and patient informative nurse. Any questions we had, he took the time to explain and was caring. They always offered warm blankets, had medicines ready, would clean and comfort my dad like I've never seen any other hospital do before!
