I highly recommend South Miami Hospital outpatient for friendly & efficient services. I scheduled my CT conveniently on the phone. When I arrived, I was seen by registration staff within 10 minutes and immediately escorted to imaging services where they were professional and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with all members of the staff. The registration was friendly and efficient. The nurse was effective quickly checking my blood and inserting the IV. I was particularly pleased by the radiology tech Mr Jose Cruz who was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. In addition he immediately contacted my physician when there was a discrepancy in the prescription and solved the issue and performed the exams expeditiously with explanation as he proceeded. Excellent experience all around.

My experience was excellent. From the registration with Richard and then being escorted to the office where my appointment was.
