The worst parking lot you will every experience in your life. Inside the building its filled with rude employees, that repeatedly yell at you. Dirty common areas and bathrooms. Rude staff. I hate this place.

Chief of what, exactly? A specific department or the entire facility itself? There are several persons with the title Chief. ie: Chief of Medicine, Dental, etc. and of course general operations.

I believe it's all the above but for veterans only. Walk in clinic as well as some vets living on at the facilities across the street. But you would have to call and double check.
