Called them after someone sideswiped our truck was told they’re busy and that this is wasn’t a major concern. There’s plenty of other incidents I could mention but this is the latest one.

Absolutely disgusting, one dispatcher wouldn’t give his name ,the other said a man threatening to kill himself is a non emergency and the supervisor was more worried about me mispronouncing her name. Suicide rates are off the charts and it’s a non emergency ? God help all the residents who have to rely on this dispatch team, beyond pathetic.

It saddens me to read all the poor reviews by other people; you wish they could have received better interactions like we did. After calling a non emergency line for gunshots there were 4 squads responding to similar calls in our area. We have very professional people taking all the details (bullets through the wall) of the event. They were receptive to asked questions and seemed genuinely concerned. Thank you for Very good service protecting us.

What a shame. I was served papers about my landlord house is being foreclosed on. Both the court house and City Hall directed me to the KCK police department to file a complaint against the landlord. I have a lease and pay my rent. In confronting the landlord a direct threat of me and my family would be hospitalized. The officer at the front door was playing judge telling me that they would not take my report. REALLY??? In the day and age of mass shootings. All threats should be taken seriously. I'm concerned for my families safety. And the best that office could tell me was "I need to settle down." I'm no kid at 54 years of age. I left my wife home alone to get help from the police. All I got from this office was. I don't care about your issues. we're to LAZY to protect and serve the public.

Do you have a dog? Let them do their business on it.
You want another blast of an Android Beam?
You can call 9135963000 with your tag number and they should be able to tell you
Gerald Boggs why are you answering questions if you don't know the answers? (Sarcasm)
I honestly don't know.
Probably police headquarters 7th an Minnesota not positive though
Technically he does own the house. And he is not going inside the home. You need to go over your contract. Typically they don't have to call if they're doing work on the outside. Usually if he was coming in the home he would have to give a written notice.
Call 911 and they will send an officer out to take a report. You can also go to your nearest station.
